Do I need an account to place an order?

How Can I Return a Product?

Return of the product is possible only if it does not correspond to the information about the product described on the site or it is damaged. In other cases, the product is not returned. When you receive the product through the postal service, you can return it through the same service. As soon as the goods reach us safely, the cost of the goods you paid for will be refunded to you, in which case the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. In case of manual delivery, the goods are returned immediately on the spot, before the cashier is paid in cash. In this case, you have to pay for the delivery. We are not responsible for damage to the goods during postal delivery and in this case no refund is made.
